Team Managers/Coaches/Parents:

• Reserve your room(s) and get your confirmation number from the hotel.
• Make any changes to existing reservations and/or cancellations by contacting the hotel directly.

If the deadline date is the day of or the day before the tournament than it is an "Open Block" and rooms are subject to availability. Under such situations, room availability is not guaranteed. All room rates quoted are before tax and fees.
